Baji6 Terms & Conditions — Bangladesh Gaming Platform

1Definitions & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply between Baji6 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member", "player"). Baji6 provides online Sports Betting, casino games, and related entertainment services in Bangladesh and other select jurisdictions.

Key definitions used in these Terms & Conditions:

• "Account" — Your personal user account registered at Baji6.
• "Balance" — The total funds in your account, including both cash and bonus balances.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional funds granted by Baji6, usable under specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

Although these Terms are published in Bengali, the legally binding version is in English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Verification

To play on Baji6, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, residential address, IP address, or payment method. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

KYC Verification Process

Baji6 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents are typically required:

• Certified copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC verification is complete. This is a security measure in place for your protection.

3Age Requirement & Eligibility

The following conditions must also be met:

• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country or region where you reside.
• You will operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• You are of sound mind and are using this platform of your own free will.
• You are not an officer, employee, or family member of a Baji6 employee.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000 (two lakh BDT).
• The wagering requirement must be completed before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳ 10,000 may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Baji6 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Please read the specific terms before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Each promotion is limited to one use per member, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are shown separately from cash funds.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Baji6 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete wagering of 10x the bonus amount.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on Baji6 are considered final once confirmed. Cancellations or changes to bets are generally not possible. Please keep the following in mind:

• Sports Betting: Results will be determined based on the official outcomes provided by the relevant sporting authority.
• Live Betting: Markets may change or be suspended during a live event.
• Casino Games: RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used, verified by an independent third party.
• Technical Issues: If a game is interrupted due to a server outage or network disconnection, Baji6 will void that round and refund the stake.
• Maximum Win: The maximum win amount per single bet may vary depending on the game or market.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji6 and will result in immediate account closure:

• Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play
• Using or sharing another person's account
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Harassing or intimidating other players or staff
• Placing bets by deliberately exploiting incorrect scores or results (arbitrage fraud)

8Account Closure & Suspension

Baji6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason. Common grounds include:

• Terms Violation
• Suspected Fraud
• KYC Verification Failure
• Self-exclusion or restriction at member's request
• Legal or Regulatory Requirements

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please email support@baji6.biz. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. If KYC has been completed, your balance will be refunded.

9Privacy & Data Protection

• Service Disruption Due to Force Majeure

Baji6's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount held in your account.

11Changes to Terms & Notice
